  They treat pickers like slaves. Always lies with jobs. Recruitment Team always changes their words. They just want to hold people for work when they need them with lies, never consider worker's situations. They have no conversation and talk inside so recruitment team knows nothing always. When they give some information, always wrong. When they had one induction, Karen Huang did that only in Chinese after Blueberry Picking was finished which last till middle of March as they said but actually was till middle of Feb. Remember this "It's not Taiwanese Company Karen Huang." They let us know on the very last day that we couldn't work anymore. Karen Huang explained only in Chinese when she lied to people that they could have jobs in 2 weeks. She can defend herself with lies like we never promised jobs, but it's not true. Harvest Manager Mick always lies as well. Some of them are really nice, but the company, recruitment Karen Huang, and Harvest Manager Mick are so liers. Try to go to other Costa farms. Not here. No system, no conversation each other, no truth.

  People with piercing can NOT work there.
  
  I worked in tuna factory, garlic farm, melon picking, cherry packing and harvesting in abalone farms in WA SA and VIC:
  
  -It's the first time piercing is considerate like a safety hazard for me.
  
  Piercing cannot be removed, unless you pay a piercer to make another hole. Removing a piercing yourself is not recommended. Even the time of a shift, this is a biohazard to remove it and put it again opening the wound.

  I am working at eat Devonport. There is no proper communication. We were informed to go to block 1 and them in morning they change their planning without any information and we just left without any information. We have to walked so much for that some time they send us to wrong farm so we have to drive to correct one. Not a proper communication at all.
  Furthermore, in the morning they don’t have trolly for picking so we have to wait 30 minutes 1 hour as a result we earn less money and just sitting there. They don’t give us money for waiting. They don’t have enough packaging in the morning we have to wait for that again.
  After this they give us feedback notice that you are picking slow per hours but they don’t see the other side that they don’t have enough resources. Very disappointed with costa. I don’t think so that I will work longer here.
